What you are about to see (courtesy of TheDigitalPicture.com) is a series of Canon EOS 1D Mark III Digital SLR 10 frame-per-second shot bursts used to animate a JPG image. There are 86 images (3.24 MB) that must load before the playback becomes smooth. So wait for it to load.
